Rule Number One: Self Promotion, lol. Well, that is not what this site is entirely about. My name is JT McCabe, and about 7 years ago, I kind of fell into graphic design, let me explain.
While working a full time job, I decided to attend one of those online colleges. I was really good with a computer, and I loved art, so why not take a digital design course. After about two years of online classes, I graduated with a degree, and then started to dabble around a bit with this awesome software and knowledge I gained. I designed something simple for one friend, and wouldn’t you know it – word of mouth caught on like wildfire. It went from one friend, to another friend, to a small business, to multiple small businesses, from the state I was in, to many states around the US…..You get the idea.
So eventually, I would quit my job and do this full time. Of course, there were ups and downs, some months I was slammed with all kinds of work to do, while other months were very slow – but I stuck with it. The reason I stuck with it so long is because not only did I love what I was doing, not only was I making money with what I was doing – But I was also helping people, especially small businesses.
So, that is the ultimate reason for this site – to help others gain the same knowledge that I have now, without spending 7 years and a ton of money to get it. Take a look around, and if you have any questions, contact me any time.
